The following Terms and Conditions establish guidelines on rights, duties, and responsibilities for NITV Mobile,
Hikari Internet, and Pocket Wi-Fi Users utilizing the SIM for Voice and Data (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Services’)
provided by New IT Venture Corporation (‘NITV’) and operated by Softbank Y Mobile (Provider).
I am legally a resident in Japan and agree to the following Service Terms and Conditions defined by NITV.
Subscription Terms:
- The NITV SIM Service for Voice and Data is for personal use only.
- Minimum contract period is 2 years; early cancellation incurs a ¥10,000 fee.
- For Biz Plan, the minimum contract period is 3 years; early cancellation incurs a ¥20,000 fee.
- Customers must declare their device when ordering. SIMs for iPhones will not work on SIM-free Android devices and vice versa.
- Payment is pre-paid for basic fees and post-paid for variable voice billing.
- A refundable security deposit is required upon signup.
- MNP (Mobile Number Portability) is not available for this service.
- NITV has full rights to withhold security deposits if invoices are unpaid on time.
- Users cannot apply for a SIM on behalf of others.
- Service may be denied to users involved in fraudulent, criminal, or other unlawful activities.
- Changes in terms will be updated on www.nitvtelecom.com.
- International calls cost ¥300 per minute, and complaints regarding charges will not be entertained.
- iTunes and other online mobile purchases will be billed separately.
- Failure to pay bills or return the device/SIM upon cancellation may result in blacklisting, legal action, and public disclosure.
- Up to 10 minutes of free talk-time may be provided; NAVI calls (0570) and similar will be charged extra.
Payment Terms:
- Users must follow NITV’s payment method for monthly fees.
- Bank auto-transfer is mandatory for payments.
- Fixed basic package fees are prepaid, while voice call fees are post-paid.
- Billing starts on the SIM issue date after application approval.
- Users are responsible for setting up the SIM in a SIM-free, Softbank/Y Mobile-compatible device.
- Failure to pay the device rental fee may result in legal action as theft or loss.
Device Rental / Pocket Wi-Fi Terms:
- Device rental is available to qualified customers under a monthly installment plan.
- Users are responsible for lost or damaged devices/SIMs. Fees: ¥10,000 for Pocket Wi-Fi, ¥3,000 for SIM replacement.
- Customers with installment-based mobile sets must pay the full price if lost or damaged.
- Upon cancellation, SIM/devices must be returned within one week.
- Minimum contract period is 2 years; early cancellation incurs a ¥10,000 fee.
- For Biz Plan, the minimum contract period is 3 years; early cancellation incurs a ¥20,000 fee.
Required Documents:
- Residence Card Copy or Japanese Driving License Copy.
- Passport Copy.
- Bank Passbook or ATM Card Copy.
- Selfie holding Residence Card for verification.
Important Notice in Nepali:
मोबाईल सिम तथा मोवाईल सेट प्रयोगकर्ताका लागि महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी
- ५ मिनेट या १० मिनेट लोकल कल सुविधा छ। अन्तराष्ट्रिय कल उपलब्ध छैन।
- यो सिम अर्को क्यारियरमा परिवर्तन गर्न मिल्दैन। यदि DOCOMO को सिम लिएको भए कम्तिमा ३ महिना पछि परिवर्तन गर्न सकिन्छ (शुल्क लाग्नेछ)।
- लोकल कलमा ५-१० मिनेट भन्दा बढी प्रयोग गर्न आवश्यक भए सम्पर्क गर्नुहोस।
- ईन्टरनेट डाटा परिवर्तन गर्न प्रत्येक महिनाको १५ तारिक अघि सम्पर्क गर्नुहोस।
- सम्झौता अनुसार सिम कम्तिमा २ वर्ष प्रयोग गर्नु पर्दछ। २ वर्षअघि रद्द गर्दा शुल्क लाग्नेछ।
- बिल हरेक महिनाको २६ तारिक भित्र तिर्नु पर्दछ; नत्र लाइन बन्द हुनेछ।
- बैंक खाताबाट अटो-पेमा रकम नभएमा बैंकले ¥350 जरिवाना गर्नेछ।
- किस्ताबन्दीमा मोवाईल सेट लिएका ग्राहकहरूले समयमा किस्ता तिर्नुपर्नेछ। अन्यथा कानूनी कारवाही गरिनेछ।
